These are the infamous roses that come from a long process of pattern making and where I discovered a secret obsession with the copy machine. In efforts to leave luddite ways in the past and well try to get closer to present technology it is my compromise. Materials used abov for the base are cardboard, pressed linen paper, brown paper bag, gesso, acrylic paint, and hot glue. Roses are made of paper, oil paint, and gesso. All works come cased in a plastic cover, not helpful with the photo capture, but stunning for preservation and presentation. Sold in pairs. More images and colors coming soon!
